Return from Injury

Injuries can take a great emotional toll on serious athletes. Athletes can find themselves struggling with the disruption in their goals and can experience a loss of purpose. We work with clients to remain resilient and focused during periods of injury. Sometimes the “downtime” during an injury can present a perfect opportunity for an athlete to work on his or her mental game. When athletes use their recovery time to explore and develop additional mental tools, they can find themselves coming back stronger and more focused than before.
