Playing in the Zone

Every advanced athlete and performer has experienced those elusive moments where he or she is fully here in the moment, right here right now. Beginning athletes are naturally present because they are performing for sheer fun and enjoyment. As expectations rise they often experience pressure that makes them more focused on outcome than the present moment. We help young performers regain the present and playful focus they had when they started while benefiting from the experience and skills they have worked hard to attain.
