Visual Imagery Training
When we “see” ourselves performing successfully we lay a foundation for future success. Visual Imagery training (or mental rehearsal) is a vital tool used by top performers. Visualization is a skill and, like other skills, we get better at it the more we practice. As athletes master this skill, they are able to more easily and vividly visualize different sport scenarios (such as the ball’s pathway across the putting green). We teach clients to harness the power of this process to realize their potential and address personal obstacles to peak performance.
